How much does it cost to rent a photo booth?
Our rental price will differ depending on the location and time of event. Please see our rates page.
Do the photos come in color or black and white?
You and your guests may choose black and white or color for your photos. It’s your choice!
What if we want to add on additional time to our party or event?
Additional hours may be requested for an additional cost of $150 per hour prior to the event – just ask us.
Will someone be there to attend to the photo booth?
Yes, we will have a friendly booth attendant at your event to ensure things run smoothly. We will arrive approx. one hour before the booth run time and breakdown at the end of the scheduled time.
Do you require a deposit for a photo booth rental?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement at time of booking and the remaining additional 50% 60 days prior to event.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We have a cancellation policy of 60 days. If cancelled 60 days or more prior to event, we have a 5% cancellation fee. If cancelled 59 to 30 days prior to event, we have a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled 29 days or less, we have a 100% cancellation fee.
Do you provide two copies of every photo strip?
Our booths print two classic photo strip per session (2″ x 6″) that print within 20 seconds after the pictures are taken. What a great way for your guests to capture the moment and take home an amazing memory! Or you can choose to give one to your guests and keep the second for a scrapbook. Within 72 hours of your event, high resolution pictures will be uploaded to smugmug.com so that you and your guests can download the individual pictures for free!
Do you offer props?
We offer tons of fun props and costume pieces to enhance your experience! This is included in the cost of your package. If you would like customized props to fit your specific event, we can order those for you at an additional cost (TBD) and with enough advance time prior to the event. You can also upgrade our basic props package (which includes tons of fun costume pieces and props!) to also include beautiful handmade lips, glasses and mustache stick props!
Can you print a logo, monogram, graphic, or text message on our photos?
Yes, you can add custom text and graphics, such as, event information, sponsor logo, promotional branding elements, and more. It is a one time fee of $25.
What are the dimensions of the photo booth?
The photo booth area is approximately 5′ wide x 7′ long x 7.5′ tall and requires a 3-prong electrical outlet. Please allow extra room for the attendant and necessary extra items (props, scrapbook station, etc).
How many people can fit in the booth?
We have seen as many as ten people fit into our booths.
Do you have travel fees?
We primarily service the area of Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte and Crested Butte South. We are happy to travel to Gunnison or outlying areas for an increased fee. Just ask us!
